[업무내용]
Your Role
• Perform Recruiting support work such as Interview arrangement, Job posting, long-list management etc.
• Perform Recruiting administrative work including recruitment data entry, list uploading, data cleansing, reports, folder arrangement etc.
• Manage the new hire lifecycle from offer acceptance to employment start.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and the MBS HR (HR operation) throughout the entire recruitment process
• Assist with the development and maintenance of candidate communications, contracts/offer letters, disclosures, internal rosters, and reports
• Look after the administration surrounding the recruitment of candidates before, during and after their employment, following all of our procedures
• Keep all onboarding and induction materials up-to-date and make sure it’s delivered to all new starters
• Make sure our digital and paper files are always fully up to date through regular auditing and archiving
• Understand our client responsibilities and servicers, working as an active team player in the wider team to help us achieve our objectives and Service Level Agreements, and exceed expectations
• Ensure our candidates tracking list in place for the reporting as required
• Provide support for ad hoc projects
• Coordinate all logistics for events and conferences
• Assist recruiters with the preparation of presentations, excels, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by your superior.

[지원자격]
Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in any other field
• Fresh graduate or up to 6-month internship in the corporate environment is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and Well organized. Strong learning agility to absorb constantly evolving interpersonal/industrial environment
• Ability to be flexible and agile with changes and complex requests
• Strong computers skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office including Excel, Applicant tracking systems a plus)
